Music Biography

Rossana began learning piano at the age of 9 in Hong Kong. In 2016, she moved to the UK to attend Ampleforth College, where she was awarded a Music Scholarship in 2019. During her time there, she performed regularly as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician. At the age of 18, she played Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with the college orchestra, and at 16, performed on synthesizer in the pit orchestra for Into the Woods. It was also during this time that she developed a strong interest in singing, performing as an alto with the Ampleforth Schola Cantorum.

While studying Fine Art at the Slade, UCL, she continued singing with the UCL Symphony Chorus, UCOpera and performed as a soloist in the 2025 UCL Spring Concert. She has studied singing with Maestra Vitalba Mosca in Milano.

Her background in classical music continues to inform her multidisciplinary art practice. More recently, she has begun exploring music improvisation as a part of her work.
